 Black Cow Burgers is a scratch kitchen

 We make everything from scratch here in our kitchen. We butcher and grind our meat right here. We peel, hand cut potatoes and double blanch them in house for our fries. Everything from our sauces and pickles to our ice cream and breads are our own recipes made with care for you on site. With that in mind, we are not able to offer gluten free bread. Making gluten-free bread on the same equipment as glutinous bread has too much potential for cross contamination. It is important to us and our vision of Black Cow Burgers to remain a scratch kitchen. This is why we do not bring in gluten-free breads from outside vendors. We are happy to accommodate by serving your burger without a bun on a bed of lettuce.
